Independent Mediation Service

Glasgow Independent Mediation is based in Glasgow and Ayr and provides a professional dispute resolution service to help you resolve your dispute in a collaborative way. Issues to be resolved may be anything from minor differences of opinion to major conflicts.

Mediation is an effective, inexpensive way of resolving your dispute. The Mediator will not make a judgement but will facilitate a discussion of the issues so that you are able to put forward your points of view and hear what the other party has to say. You and the other party will be assisted to discuss the issues which are important to you and find solutions so that you can come to an agreement which is acceptable to both of you.

The Mediator has wide experience of work-related issues, relationship and family conflict and commercial concerns. Coaching, mentoring and counselling services are also offered where appropriate.
